What to Do While You Wait

If you need to leave urgently, your opener should have a manual release cord — usually a red cord hanging from the trolley. Pull it to disconnect the door from the opener and lift manually. If the door feels extremely heavy, do not force it — a broken spring could mean the door is no longer counterbalanced. Call us and wait.
