That’s exactly the experience that led to us starting this company.
Our founder spent years working for other garage door companies in the Austin area and saw firsthand how customers were being taken advantage of. Springs that just needed adjusting became full replacements. Cables that needed a simple fix got bundled into unnecessary “maintenance packages.”
It wore on him. So he went out on his own — with a simple promise: treat every customer the way you’d want your own family treated.
That was the beginning of what we’ve built here in Austin.
